Allan Cup Hockey League
The Home of Canada's
Elite Senior AAA Hockey
Allan Cup Hockey (ACH) is the premier Senior "AAA" hockey league in Ontario and one of the highest levels of amateur competition in Canada. Sanctioned by the Ontario Hockey Association (OHA) and Hockey Canada, ACH represents the pinnacle of senior men's hockey, a proving ground for elite athletes who play for pride, passion, and the pursuit of Canada's oldest national hockey championship, the Allan Cup.
Structure
League Governance & Affiliation
ACH operates under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Hockey Association and in partnership with Hockey Canada, ensuring the highest standards of competition, player safety, and organizational integrity. The league maintains full Senior "AAA" classification, making its member clubs eligible to compete for the Allan Cup each season.

League Composition
Member teams represent communities across Southern Ontario, each with deep hockey traditions and passionate local fan bases. The league structure fosters competitive balance, professional-level preparation, and a commitment to community engagement both on and off the ice.
Calibre of Play
A Tradition of Excellence
Players in the ACH come from diverse hockey backgrounds, including professional leagues such as the NHL, AHL, ECHL, and top European circuits, as well as major junior and collegiate programs. Many continue to compete at this level to uphold the spirit of Canadian senior hockey: fierce competition, respect for the game, and the enduring connection between team and community.
The Future
