ACHL Milestone Watch - February 10, 2026
Another week, another chance to see who's climbing up the record books in the Allan Cup Hockey League. Whether it's closing in on a milestone for games played, nearing a big round number in goals or assists, or chasing down a career points record, there's always someone in our league on the edge of something special. Let's take a look at which players are about to hit some impressive numbers and add another line to their ACHL legacy.
ACHL Regular Season Milestones
Mike Mole (Dundas Real McCoys) is 35 minutes away from playing 10,000 minutes in an ACHL goal crease.
On Saturday February 7th, Daniel Svedin (Stoney Creek Tigers) played in his 115th ACHL game, passing Brett Leggat to move into second place all-time. Svedin is now just four minutes away from passing Leggat (6358 minutes, second place) in minutes played.
Mole (Dundas Real McCoys) leads the ACHL with 71 all-time wins, but Svedin (Stoney Creek Tigers) is just two wins back at 69.
Matthew Camilleri (Wentworth Gryphins) sits in ninth place for all-time ACHL wins with 21. He is just three wins back of Anthony Kimlin for eighth place.
Matthew Sagrott (Stoney Creek Tigers) is in a three-way tie for tenth place for all-time ACHL victories with 19. His next win in net will move him past Bryan Worosz and Joel Whitmarsh for 10th place by himself.
Cam Watson’s (Cambridge Hornets) next game will tie him for 2nd place in all-time for games played along with Darren Doherty who appeared in 198 games. Watson is also 4 games played away from becoming just the second player to appear in 200 ACHL games since the start of the 2011-12 season.
Cameron Sault, who recently signed with the Stoney Creek Tigers, will tie Brett McConnachie for fifth place in all-time games played at 184. Not far behind in 7th place is Simon Mangos (Dundas Real McCoys) at 181 games played.
Mackenzie Wood (Dundas Real McCoys) is just 3 goals away from tying teammate Brad Bonello for 8th place in all-time goal scoring. Bonello currently has 96 goals while Mackenzie Wood has 93.
Cameron Sault (Stoney Creek Tigers) needs one assist to move past Darren Doherty into second place for all-time ACHL assists. Sault currently has 159 assists.
Matt Ruberto (Stoney Creek Tigers) is seven penalty minutes away from tying Shayne Salmon for the ACHL record of penalty minutes. Ruberto currently sits at 247 penalty minutes.
Cam Watson (Cambridge Hornets) sits in fourth place for game winning goals scored all-time. He is two back of Kyle Ventura and Dustin Alcock who are tied for second place with 15.
Cameron Sault (Stoney Creek Tigers) and Brad Bonello (Dundas Real McCoys) are in a three-way tie for tenth place with 10 all-time game winning goals along with Brett McConnachie. Ahead of them are Nathan Pageau and Jarrett Konkle with 11 in a tie for seventh.
Cam Watson (Cambridge Hornets) is in a tie for second place with Darren Doherty for all-time power play goals scored with 21. His next power play goal will move him into second place by himself.
Mike Ruberto (Stoney Creek Tigers) is in a tie for fourth place with Brett McConnachie with 18 power play goals all-time. His next moves him into sole possession of fourth place.
Cam Watson (Cambridge Hornets) and Cam Fergus (Dundas Real McCoys) are in a three-way tie, along with Chad Spurr, with 5 shorthanded goals all-time. The next by either will tie them with Kyle Muesselman for fifth place.
Mike Ruberto (Stoney Creek Tigers) sits in a four-way tie for second place with a pair of overtime goals all-time. His next would tie him with the ACHL record holder Alex Hutchings of the Wentworth Gryphins.
If Matt Ruberton (Stoney Creek Tigers) plays in all 5 of his team’s remaining games, he will tie Dave Russell for third place in all-time games played by a defenseman in the ACHL.
Simon Mangos (Dundas Real McCoys) is two goals away from tying Jamie Williams for the ACHL record of 34 goals scored all-time by a defenseman.
Trevor Atkinson (Dundas Real McCoys) needs two goals to move into a three-way tie for third place for all-time goals by a defenseman. Atkinson currently sits in fifth with 28 goals.
Trevor Atkinson (Dundas Real McCoys) is four assists away from tying Matthew Baxter for fourth place in all-time assists by a defenseman. Atkinson has 82 assists in the ACHL.
