Player and Goalie of the Week - Week #11

The Stoney Creek Tigers dominated the Allan Cup Hockey League's weekly honors for the period ending January 11th, as announced Monday afternoon.

Rhett Kingston made an impressive debut in his first two ACHL games. The newcomer recorded an assist Friday night against the Dundas Real McCoys, then followed up with another strong performance Saturday, contributing both an assist and the game-winning goal versus St. Catharines.

Between the pipes, Daniel Svedin earned his second Goalie of the Week recognition following a stellar 47-save performance in Saturday's home game against the Saints. Svedin surrendered only two goals in the winning effort.
