Player and Goalie of the Week - Week #16

The Allan Cup Hockey League is pleased to announce the Players of the Week for the week ending February 15th. Both awards go to the Wentworth Gryphins, with Tyler VanKleef earning Player of the Week honors and Matthew Camilleri named Goalie of the Week.

VanKleef delivered an impressive performance in Week 16 for Wentworth, recording four goals and two assists. His standout performance came in Saturday's 7-3 victory over the St. Catharines Saints, where he notched a hat trick, added two assists, and scored the game-winning goal.

Camilleri was instrumental in securing Saturday night's win for the Gryphins. Facing a barrage of 53 shots from the Saints, he allowed just three goals, helping his team to victory. The win was his fifth of the season, placing him fourth in the ACHL and one win behind teammate Joe Murdaca.
