Player and Goalie of the Week - Week #2

On Monday afternoon, the Allan Cup Hockey League announced the Player and Goalie of the Week for the week ending on Sunday November 2nd.

Kyle Heffernan, of the Cambridge Hornets, has been named the Player of the Week. In two games this past week Heffernan scored a hat trick against the Dundas Real McCoys and added an assist in the contest. The next night he added an addition assist against Stoney Creek.

Daniel Svedin has been named the Goalie of the Week. In the Stoney Creek Tiger's only game of the week, Svedin got the start in net, picking up the win. He would play 40 minutes before leaving the game with the score being lopsided. Before leaving, Svedin allowed just one goal on 28 shots.
